Overview 1. Review and approve the product webpage content and social media for both foods and beverage categories from regulatory perspective. Work with MKT, Legal and other functional team to ensure the regulatory compliance on E-commerce and give regulatory solutions. 2. Monitor regulatory movement on E-commerce and analyze market practice from competitors. Responsibilities 1. Review and approve product webpage content and social media for both foods and beverage categories in China to ensure the regulatory compliance. 2. Work with functional team to assess the risk level of aggressive claims on webpage and social media. Provide mitigated solution and guide project team to prepare the supporting documents if any. 3. Monitor regulatory movement, especially for E-commerce and social media. 4. Analyze market practice from main competitors in market to support RA team build sense of smart compliance. 5. Support regulatory team to check the compliance of raw materials and finished products during the product development. 6. Issue PLS (product labeling spec) for promotion pack, multi-pack and gift pack. 7. Review product artwork by WAVE when needed. 8. Support China RA team on budget management (monitor/reporting/alert & communication) with processing in myBUY system. 9. Support RA external event to help with smooth engagement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in food science, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry or related field - Working experience in Regulatory Affairs is preferable - Having knowledge in computer literacy and digitization - Excellent Communication skill include writing and speaking in English - Good learning agility - English & Chinese – spoken and written - Professionalism, integrity and with an unwavering positive ‘can do’ attitude. - Experience of dealing with off-pack product information and familiar with China food regulations and standards. - Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good influencing skills. - Proven track record in a team environment operating to tight deadlines. - Good pressure management capability and able to embrace changes.
