This is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful development and worldwide launch of cutting-edge medical device products. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the development of complex technical product, and manage a multi-disciplinary team including Software Engineers, System Integrators, and SQA Engineers. + Manage relationships with contractors and collaborate across various functions within the organization. + Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring efficient execution aligned with upcoming milestones. + Communicate project status, business opportunities, and challenges to senior management. + Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all relevant regulations and laws. + Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to advance project milestones such as submissions and regional launches. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related field. + Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. + Experience managing multidisciplinary systems; experience in medical device development is a significant advantage. + Experience leading development processes from conception through to product delivery. + In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and standards. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. + Strong decision-making capabilities, especially under uncertainty. + Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
