We are searching for an R & D Project MANAGER.

 

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

 

You will be responsible for the development of new In vitro Diagnostic products in the field of immunohematology and report to the R & D Manager. You will be responsible for the management of a whole project from feasibility evaluation, through stability and performance studies, to final transfer in Manufacturing and Quality Control departments. Your tasks will combine hands-on laboratory duties with traditional office-based tasks (writing of protocol and reports, MFG and QC documentation and risk analysis). You will be able to propose new ideas, technology and projects to the R & D Manager. You will be involved in the guidance and training of new employees. You will participate in congresses and advanced training events for your continuous education. You will be responsible to keep the necessary confidentiality in the development projects and the knowledge gained from them. You will comply with the requirements of the currently valid version of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVD regulation 2017/746, GMP and CFR (FDA).

You have a University degree in Biochemistry, Biology and know-how in Immunohematology or similar. You have experience working in a lab. You have excellent Microsoft Office skills. You speak German and English or French and English. You are a team player with strong communication skills.
