This Position reports to:

Managing international projects with regard to deadlines, quality, and robustness of the final product from concept to release to the global market

Timely planning of development tasks, reflecting internal processes and tools with an emphasis on high quality project output

Communication and coordination of tasks within the team and across internal and international departments (R&Ds, CRCs, design, production, etc.)

Ensuring tests in internal and external laboratories to meet international standards and internal regulations

Monitoring and continuous evaluation of KPIs

Planning and monitoring the project budget

Reporting to superiors and project stakeholders

University degree in electrical engineering

At least 3 years of experience in project management

Knowledge and experience with MS Office and MS Project

Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English

Attention to detail, strong analytical skills

Good organizational and planning skills

Familiarity with economic principles and economic indicators of projects and business

Team player capable of leading and motivating towards goals

Results-oriented

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Knowledge of relevant international standards 1 | R&D Project Manager

Proactive, independent, willingness to travel occasionally
