**R&D Project Manager – Medical Device (Plymouth, MN)** Cross-functional Project Manager responsible for the development and launch of new medical device products supporting Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices business. **Your role:** + Leading one to two medium size new product development projects supporting execution of the Peripheral Vascular Business strategic plan. + Providing support to Core Team Leader/s of larger programs to conduct ongoing team operating mechanisms and coordinate cross-functional deliverable execution. + Keeping abreast of developments in project management and collaborating with PMO and other functions to employ effective tools and approaches. + Opportunity to take on increasing level of project responsibility and grow into more senior PM and Core Team Leader roles. + Working with a globally distributed team, some domestic and international travel may be required (<25%). **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of product development experience in the medical device industry with at least one development cycle as a project leader. + Your skills include project planning and schedule management, project risk management, stakeholder management, problem solving, conflict management, and decision making. Working understanding of MS Project, ProChain, and schedule variance are a plus. + You have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or Biomedical); other degrees will be considered based on experience. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Some domestic and international travel may be required (<25%). + You have strong organizational skills with a proven ability to lead and influence teams comprised of both technical and non-technical resources. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
