We are currently seeking a Business Development Consultant with a focus on data and analytics. This role is pivotal in driving growth objectives in our Operating Unit by implementing data & analytical solutions. What You'll Do for Us:

Work with teams responsible for data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets.Lead stakeholder engagement with key functional leaders within the Operating Unit and Coca-Cola System network.Drive the adoption of enterprise capabilities by the Operating Unit team.Co-create the annual digital services plan, aligning to joint OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).Actively manage the digital services portfolio.Lead product ownership for all Data & Analytical products and services for the Operating Unit.Own development of business cases to prioritize business requests and secure funding when needed.Contribute to the development of enterprise capability frameworks and products.Lead data governance and standardization and support streamlined process implementation and maintenance.Lead, develop, and retain a diverse team of data & analytics professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

University/Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master's degree in business or associated field.7+ years of work experience in data and analytics, data standards, and governance.Experience of end-to-end digital services portfolio and budget management for a business of significant size and complexity.Experience of successful stakeholder management up to C-suite level.Demonstrated track record of product management and agile delivery methodologies in Data and Analytics products.Strong customer focus with demonstrated push for value and continuous improvement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results of influencing in a networked or matrix environment.Excellent people leadership skills with proven experience of growing and developing individuals and teams.Ability to understand business needs and execute on a business strategy, setting expectations and managing demand.Demonstrated ability to understand technical approach & drive technical discussions.Working experience in multi-national project team in global company is preferred.Vendor Management experience

Pay Range:

$195,500 - $226,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
