In this role, you will be responsible for the following: **Key Responsibilities:** **Work closely with the customer service team, product development team:** + Responsible for performing routine analysis, characterization, and testing of UOP catalysts, adsorbents, and petroleum products. + Develop and enhance analytical and characterization methods to meet the requirements of local R&D activities, customers, and business growth. + Provide accurate lab data and comprehensive reports to support UOP sales, technical services, and Field Operating Services; collaborate closely with global analytical, technology, R&D, and procurement teams for customer issue resolution and sourcing qualifications. + Stay current with the latest developments in analytical methods and expertise, and actively share innovations in technology and methodology. + Establish timely and systematic outsourcing services to minimize capability gaps and achieve cost savings **Key Qualifications and Skills:** + Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ related experience, or master’s degree or higher with at least 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in analytical chemistry, catalysis, or inorganic material. + Proficiency in physical and chemical adsorption technologies (TPD/TPR/TPO), XRF, XRD, SEM/EDX, ICP-OES, elemental and combustion analysis (Total Sulfur/Carbon/Nitrogen), TGA, GC, IC etc. + Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. + Ability to learn new information quickly and solve problems effectively. + Teamwork-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven.
