**Job Description** **Title:** R&D Engineer **Location:** Shanghai **Report to:** Engineering Director **Job Description** + Have the ability to complete technical calculation, design mechanical parts and draft drawings + Formulate new product manufacturing specifications and testing standard + Create detailed testing procedures to validate prototypes + Improve or refine the product design according to market feedback + Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams for new product training, assembly and pilot run + Controlproduct cost to meet target **Job Profile** + 5 to 8 years of demonstrated experience in the research and development of pump or relevant equipment + Experience in delivering technical products from technical resources through gate-controlled development processes + Proven communication skills in internal and external teams + Demonstrated results-minded performance in delivering on targets + Fluent in the verbal and written in English + Experience in handling Solidworks **Education Requirements:** Bachelor above degree in mechanical engineering
