Educational Prerequisites Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced English – TOEFL min. score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent). Technical Prerequisites Automotive knowledge or industrial background. Basic knowledge of the Product Development Process. Basic understanding of electric and hybrid drive concepts of automotive powertrains. Applicable engineering knowledge. Analytical thinking and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Determine the operational procedures (processes, methods) for the performance of requirements development. Administrate and manage (tool, rules, methods) the stakeholder requirements. Provide and customize requirements development infrastructure. Contribute to the development and management of system requirements based on the stakeholder requirements. Contribute to the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for system elements Interpretation, analysis and internal communication of customer requirements. Communicate to stakeholders the status of requirements.
