This Research and Development position is a temporary 8-month co-op assignment from January 2026-August 2026. Only students currently attending college or university will be considered.    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Participate in the architecture of data collection and organization methods from various sources including manufacturing and global service partners Develop and implement Design of Experiments of routines for data collection, pre-processing, and integrity checks in preparation for analysis Work with research and data science teams to perform exploratory data analysis, identifying trends and data features Help plan & roadmap new features and functionality Work in a multi-disciplinary agile team supporting the research, data science, and prognostics teams in developing and improving AI models Assist with designing and conducting experiments in a lab environment to evaluate and validate the performance of the AI models Document and present progress/results to the data science and prognostics teams as well as other stakeholders Assist with other project activities as assigned Who You Are: You balance planning with actions. You focus on priorities and set stretch goal For This Role, You Will Need: Required Majors(s): Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering as a Background, Mathematics, Statistics or related engineering or science field. Minimum year in school: Junior  GPA: 2.5 minimum Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: C#, C++, Matlab, LabView, Java, Python or other object-oriented programming skills desired Experience in data collection and pre-processing /post-processing and design of experiment Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning methodologies  Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to contribute in a team environment Familiarity with data visualization, management, and storage tools are a plus Our Culture & Commitment to You:
