Understanding project objectives, outline tasks, deliver, present results and other related activities. Performs a variety of projects requiring understanding of chemistries and paints Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; ensures compliance with these areas.  Based on the training provided should be able to perform complex projects that requires professional judgment Should be able to perform projects with minimum assistance and completes as per the committed timelines.  To comply with the HR, company and safety procedures and policies.
