Overview To support Indonesia re-entry project on seasoning developments for all Snack categories, including Lays Flat, Lays Ruffles, STAX, Doritos, Cheetos & Vietnam innovation AOP projects (Volume supported from 2025 to 2027: $45MM & NR impacted from 2025-2037: $372 MM): Define seasoning profiles with stakeholders Ensure seasoning on-line performance Ensure seasoning specification complied with design To lead flavor development pipelines for both markets: Land innovated seasoning flavors to satisfy Indonesia and Vietnam consumers Deep-dive consumer insights, competitive situation and new trends To lead seasoning value-engineering productivity projects and design for values in the future: Reformulate seasoning to meet action standard Improve seasoning behaviors if necessary To support global R&D diligency: Localizing global iconic flavors, meeting legal & financial requirement Working with global R&D and suppliers to identify suitable ones from global collection To lead seasoning projects which related to I&E business (countries incl. PH, MY, SG, PacIsles, Mongolia, Brunei, Japan, Korea). Define seasoning profile to satisfy local consumers Ensure seasoning on-line performance Ensure seasoning specification complied with the design Responsibilities Deliver seasoning design per aligned ‘Product Design Brief’ for AOP flavor innovation: convert consumer learning / insight or iCrave mapping into clear flavor brief & liaison with selected suppliers; lead sample evaluation with PD, sensory & marketing counterparts & finalize design in time per aligned agenda; engage supplier to deliver required documents per timeline; lead seasoning SBPT to sign off to Ops; Asssit whole flavor solution design for breakthrough project Rectify seasoning functionality issue with suppliers Identify opportunity to improve seasoning development process to be more effective & higher quality Assist CAST owner to maintain well-being of seasoning documentation Build a strong network with gloabal seasoning team Manage a robust and sustainable win-win relationship with all core seasoning suppliers Qualifications Degree in Food Science / Chemistry / Culinary, minimum bachelor, master preferred 6 years + experience of R&D or Marketing functions in FMCG, or flavor houses, or QFS Asia cuisine knowledge is preferred Good interpersonal skills, must be a team player English is a must (upper-intermediate) Self-motivated Quick learner Logical thinker
