The R&D (Research & Development) Archetype and Tool Development Specialist will work within the R&D Project Evaluation Team responsible for the construction, updates and maintenance of the program development archetypes for NA programs, as well as the tools and process standardization and improvements to support future developments targets settings.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Finance from an ABET accredited university 3 years of professional experience in Engineering or Finance, preferably in Engineering Program Management, vehicle integration and/or validation Whole vehicle product awareness, product development process and the different engineering cost types knowledge is a differential Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Self-starter, innovative, and team oriented Proactive problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, process driven Familiarity with finance terminology Excellent relationship building skills Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to all levels of management Ability to productively manage change Data analysis experience EOE / Disability / VeteranAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
