**Position:** Quote Services Associate **Job Description:** Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX! This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English. **What You'll Be Doing** • Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data) • Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy • Monitor quote process daily • Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer • Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending **What We’re Looking For** • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience • Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required • Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience • Ability to communicate fluently in English **Work Arrangement:** + Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home **What's In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
