Position:Quote Services Associate
Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX!
This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.

What You'll Be Doing
• Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data)
• Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy
• Monitor quote process daily
• Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer
• Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending

What We’re Looking For
• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience
• Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required
• Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
 

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$18,508.33 - $21,780.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
