The Quotation Specialist is responsible for the creation of accurate and timely quotes for products, managing global price lists and discounting rules, and maintaining up-to-date quotes in Salesforce and Oracle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the quotations process and adapting to changing business needs.

This position reports to the Sr Manager of Pricing and Analytics and is part of the Product Management team for Cell Culture located in Logan, Utah and will be fully remote.   

What you will do:

Support global commercial and product business efforts by creating accurate and timely quotes for standard and custom products.Assist in the creation and management of global price lists, regional pricing guidance, and discounting rules.Maintain up-to-date quotes in Salesforce and appropriate pricing for each item and customer in Oracle to ensure availability for customer service and commercial teams.Collaborate with horizontal teams to improve visibility, accuracy, and simplification of the quotations process.Adapt to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field, OR 2+ years of experience working extensively with Excel, Oracle, Qlik, or equivalent tools and systemsDemonstrated experience working collaboratively with diverse global cross-functional teamsProven capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with parallel deadlines

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

Remote associates will be required up to 10% travel to the Logan facility two weeks in the year (one week at a time)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Cell culture or related area within life sciences, or experience with custom batch processingData analytics and/or cost modeling

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000.  This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
