Quotations Manager - Lighting

Graybar is seeking a dynamic Lighting Business Manager to lead our Southern California lighting operations. This role will oversee a team of quotation specialists, manage agent relationships, and drive business performance using Parsec and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will bring deep lighting industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven mindset to grow our market presence.

In this role you will:

Lead and develop a team of lighting quotation specialists.

Manage and optimize the quotation process using Parsec.

Utilize Salesforce for opportunity tracking, multi-bidder management, and performance reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with lighting agents and manufacturers.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quoting and sales processes.

Define and track KPIs to measure team and business performance.

Collaborate with sales reps to support opportunity conversion and margin improvement.

Stay current on lighting trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in the lighting or electrical distribution industry.

2+ years in a leadership or management role.

Proficiency with Parsec and Salesforce (required).

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to travel within the Southern California region.

Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is starting at $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
