DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to Sales/customer queries related to product quotes Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers Coordinate with other departments, particularly Sales Representatives and Project Managers for quotation inquiries Review the quotes for errors or missed items Prepares budgetary quotations by CAD drawings for various medical products Maintains quality service by following organization standards Providing supporting documentation for RFP process Other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent Efficient time management skills including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet goals and deadlines Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; ability to make quick decisions Attention to detail; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information Proficient in using Excel and Outlook Experience in Accounting is an asset #AMICOACS
