The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our brewing operations as well as driving innovation, quality, and consistency in our beer production. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of brewing processes, raw materials, and fermentation science, with a passion for craft and a commitment to excellence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Oversee all aspects of the brewing process, from raw material selection to packaging
•    Develop and refine beer recipes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends
•    Lead and manage the brewing team, providing training, supervision, and performance feedback
•    Ensure quality control through rigorous testing, monitoring, and sensory evaluation
•    Maintain and enforce safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with industry standards
•    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align production with business goals
•    Maintain meticulous records for inspections and regulatory audits
•    Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to meet demand and reduce waste
•    Evaluate and implement new brewing technologies and process improvements
•    Represent the brewery at industry events, festivals, and trade shows as needed
