What We’re Looking For
To thrive in our Talent Pool, you’re someone who brings:
** People-First Mindset**
• A genuine passion for design thinking and creating work experiences that feel intuitive and delightful, not just functional.
• A belief in building empathy into every process, using workshops, surveys, and storytelling to dig into what users really need.
Worktech & Tech Savviness
• Familiarity with tools like Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), and other talent platforms. Bonus points if you’ve seen them used in transformation projects.
• An interest in how AI, automation, and analytics can elevate workforce strategies and inform better decisions.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
• Comfort with business cases, benchmarking, tech evaluations, and vendor selection, the finer points of planning digital transformation .
• Strong analytical skills, whether that’s diagnosing UX friction, mapping data flows, or bringing clarity to spend-related decisions.
Transformation & Execution Focus
• Experience or aptitude for systems integration, tech rollouts, configurational planning, user adoption strategies, or even hypercare support post-launch.
• Value for hands-on delivery, with an ability to turn strategy into action, while always keeping people in focus.
Collaborative & Curious
• An eagerness to work alongside clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, building together, learning together, delivering together.
• Curiosity to stay current with evolving Worktech trends and a willingness to explore new tools, partnerships, and ideas as they emerge.
