Quantum Marketing Program Manager
**Introduction** IBM seeks a passionate and experienced Marketing Program Manager to join the IBM Quantum Computing team. IBM Quantum works to bring useful quantum computing to the world, and maintains a diverse team of marketing, product, and content professionals working to introduce quantum a global audience as it begins to enter the compute ecosystem. The ideal candidate for the Marketing Program Manager role maintains the enduring core ideas and beliefs of the IBM brand and uses them to translate quantum into a powerful and differentiating force for the company through strategy, design, content, advertising, social media, events, and more. They should be excited about quantum computing and deep tech, and will work closely across marketing & communication disciplines to articulate the unique work of IBM Quantum to clients. They will apply knowledge of our target audiences to define and map the best ways to engage them--the right place, at the right time, with value provided at every interaction, and inspire the most powerful, innovative, and effective creative work that advances and supports our brand. **Your role and responsibilities** The Marketing Program Manager is dedicated to flawless execution while remaining creative at the core. They will be responsible for managing project executions from end-to-end including launch assets, client stories, video, events, activations, and more. They will manage briefs, build and manage the global content calendar, manage production schedules, and assist the content direction with workflow management. They will collaborate across the quantum marketing and communications teams, providing content-specific guidance for production partners to bring concepts to life, aligning teams on due dates, incorporating feedback and ensuring that best practices and appropriate executive signify are incorporated. They will work closely with with strategy, marketing, and creative teams including video production and copywriting. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong understanding of brand strategy and experience applying brand principles across digital, content, and experiential platforms. * Experience with content management systems and content platform backends * Familiarity with project management and creative tools, especially Airtable, Monday, and Figma. * Experience managing large-scale executions end-to-end, with attention to detail and quality. * Proven ability to manage complex content workflows and production schedules with precision and agility. * Experience briefing creative teams and production partners, and guiding execution from concept to delivery. * Proficiency in building and maintaining production calendars, tracking progress, and ensuring resource alignment. * Strong collaboration skills, especially with strategy, creative direction, and communications teams. * Passion for emerging technologies, especially quantum computing, and a desire to help shape IBM’s leadership narrative in the space.
