Minimum 8 -10 years experience Should have experience in pre & post contract work Knowledge of Prepare Bill of quantities (BOQ) Should be proficient in CAD, Cost-X (qty take off tools)  Procurement Strategy, Billing, BOQ, Planning Prepare and check analysis of rates of extra items.
