As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on project costing and commercial management across a range of developments – from initial feasibility to final accounts. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful financial outcomes while helping shape the future growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgetsHandle tender processes and contract negotiationsAdminister contracts and manage subcontractor paymentsMonitor project variations, risk, and financial reportingLiaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure commercial alignmentApplicants should possess:
