+ Prepare and update cost estimates, budget forecasts, and cost plans across all project phases. + Assist in the preparation and evaluation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs), pricing schedules, and tender documentation. + Support contract administration activities in line with FIDIC and Ashghal contract formats. + Perform quantity take-offs and verify contractor measurements and valuations. + Prepare interim payment applications and support in certifying contractor payments. + Track and manage project variations, changes, and claims. + Provide support in claims assessment and dispute resolution processes. + Maintain cost control systems and prepare regular commercial reports. + Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on all commercial matters. + Ensure proper documentation, cost records, and contract correspondence are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. + Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. + Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably on infrastructure or highway projects. + Prior working experience with Ashghal projects is strongly preferred. + Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control procedures. + Proficient in cost management software (e.g., CostX, CANDY) and MS Excel. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. + Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., MRICS) is an advantage. + MMUP Registered Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
