Job Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

Conduct detailed visual inspections of claimed parts to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform functional tests (EOLT and Black box testing) on claimed products to verify performance and reliabilityUse precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to assess product qualityProcess warranty claims and determine the validity of claims based on product specifications and warranty termsInvestigate and make base analyze of defective products returned as 0-km or/ and under warrantyCreation and implementation of quality control alerts

Who we are looking for

High school diplomaProficiency in using precision measuring instruments and testing equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
