 What You will Do:

Implement and oversee training programs for all required trainings on a scheduled basis at our site.Utilize software systems to optimize and automate the delivery of training materials and track completion status.Ensure all trainings are completed within designated timeframes and maintain accurate records of training attendance and compliance.Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop appropriate training schedules.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.Ensure that all training materials and presentations are up-to-date and meet regulatory standards.Assist other sites within the organization with training coordination and implementation as required.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Work Experience

How You Will Get Here:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/operations/supply chain with 3-5 years relevant experienceCertification in training and development (e.g., CPTM, ATD).Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Rome, NY.You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum plus benefits

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, only travel requirements will be to and from the customer facility.
