The Quality Control Technician will perform QC testing by strictly adhering to Sanofi policies, procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to support investigational activities throughout the product lifecycle, as well as product release testing. The incumbent will ensure assays are completed in a timely and compliant manner. Additional responsibilities include cleaning work areas and equipment, completing all assigned tasks on schedule, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and required training modules.

Main Responsibilities:
Perform testing in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), federal regulations, cGMP, and company policies and procedures.
Execute various types of testing (Release, In-Process, Stability, and Investigational) per the laboratory testing schedule to support Production, Methods Development, Validation, Independent Demand, Stability programs, and Post-Market Quality Monitoring.
Prepare, operate, and interpret data from QC analytical instruments, including setup, maintenance, and post-run activities (e.g. Instron Single Column Tabletop Material Testing System, Fluorometric Plate Reader, and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy).
Complete required documentation in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Ensure product integrity by conducting sample testing, initiating work orders, and performing visual examinations prior to testing.
Troubleshoot sample discrepancies as needed.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Perform peer proofing on assays to ensure accuracy.
Demonstrate proficiency in GMP systems, including Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Utilize Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel) and technical writing skills effectively.
About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS in life sciences, Associate’s degree in life sciences with 2+ years’ experience, or 8+ years relevant experience. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a cGMP-controlled pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

The salary range for this position is:
