Job Description

As a Quality Technician at TemperPack, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product quality through inspections, measurements, and process oversight. You’ll work hands on with raw materials, finished goods, and our production team to ensure all standards are met and exceeded.

Work Experience
ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming parts, raw materials, and finished productsUse tools like measuring tape, scales, and thickness gauges to perform quality checksVerify labeling and quantities for accuracyRead and interpret manufacturing specificationsOperate label scanners and tablets for tracking and documentationIdentify, quarantine, and manage nonconforming productsMaintain and calibrate quality control equipmentReview and help develop QC testing proceduresProvide guidance and feedback to production and quality staffPromote and model best practices in quality and safetyQualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED2+ years of experience in Quality Control, manufacturing, or warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality, STEM, or related fieldBilingual candidates are highly preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shiftLift up to 25 lbs. regularly; push/pull 40–100 lbs. unassistedPerform repetitive tasks with frequent bending, kneeling, and climbingWork in both hot and cold environmentsWear proper PPE for the entire shiftQuickly respond to sensory cues (noises, visual alerts, odors)
