Conduct in-process and outgoing quality checksPerform visual inspections and document resultsConduct critical torque verificationsIdentify and escalate non-conforming product through appropriate containment and rework channels.Collaborate with production Team Leads, Rework Rechnicians and Quality EngineersSupport the implementation of layered process audits (LPAs), gemba walks, and internal audits as needed.Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including escalation and stop-build protocols.Your Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or automotive parts.Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to identify defects and non-conformances.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with ERP systems and quality management software.Your Preferred Qualifications:
