Job Title: Quality Technician

Report to: Quality Supervisor

Location: Shanghai

岗位职责Duties and Responsibilities:

根据产品质量标准及客户定制要求执行出货检验

Perform outgoing inspections based on product quality standards and customer-specific requirements

确保检验标准与检验清单的准确性与有效性并及时更新

Ensure the accuracy and validity of the inspection standards and checklist and update them in a timely manner.

协助制定产品审核计划，根据计划执行产品审核，确保产品质量一致性

Assist in formulating the product audit plan and execute audits accordingly to ensure product consistency.

支持制造工程师从人员，机器，材料，方法，环境和测试的角度分析并解决问题

Support manufacturing engineering to analysis and solve the problems from the perspectives of people, machine, material, method, environmental and testing. 

协助供应质量工程师选择新产品的供应商和现有产品的备选供商

Assist supply quality engineers in selecting suppliers for new products and for second sources of existing products.

根据项目需要执行产品/硬件的验证测试，确保其符合设计规范

Execute the validation tests for products/hardware as required by projects to ensure compliance with design specifications.

监控ECN, PCN及PFEMA的过程控制

Monitor the process control of ECN, PCN and PFEMA

与领导紧密合作，使用FBS工具对质量进行持续改进。

Work closely with leaders for the continuous improvement on quality with FBS tools

支持EPPM的改进机会，提升客户满意度

Support the improvement opportunities for customer EPPM to enhance satisfaction.

准时完成其他被指派任务

Complete other assigned tasks on time.

 

任职资格Qualifications

大专及以上学历，电子/电气/机电一体化/仪器仪表相关专业

College degree or above desired major in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical-Electronical/Instrumentation

具备气体性能测试测试设备的实践经验

Hands-on experience with gas performance test equipment

相关产品和功能测试经验

Experience in the field of product test/function test

相关工业产品经验，仪器仪表更佳

Experience in industrial products (instrument product is better) 

英语阅读和书写能力，口语能力更佳

Reading/Writing skills on English are a must, Speaking is a plus

熟练使用Excel，Word，PPT等办公软件

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

责任心强，自我激励和驱动能力强

Strong responsibility, self-motivation and initiative

熟悉电磁兼容/防水/跌落/振动/环境测试相关标准者优先

Preferred -- Familiarity with EMC/IP/Drop/Vibration/Environment test standard a plus

熟悉工业安全标准者优先（如IEC，CE，UL，CSA等）

Preferred --Familiarity with industry safety standards (i.e., IEC, CE, UL, CSA, etc.) a plus
