We are looking for a/an Quality Technician to join our FE_WIBU team in United States .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Can performs gage calibration for the measurement instruments for which there is in-house calibration capabilities. Interacts with calibration vendors providing calibration services for manufacturing measurement instruments. Performs incoming inspection for designated parts. Fills out and files a Vendor Corrective Action Request for problems found during receipt inspection and/or manufacturing. Participates in process improvement and scrap/rework reduction efforts throughout the manufacturing process. Monitors vendor quality as described in the quality system. Responsible for quality system documentation in his/her area. Facilitates compliance with procedures and work instructions. Follow procedures according to ISO 9001.To succeed in this role, you will need:
Associates degree in related field or 2 + years of QC Technician experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments required, e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc. Proficiency in use of Faro Arm or CMM preferred Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
