1st shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm + Sat & OT as needed$18-$20/hr + Depending on Experience

What you'll do as: Quality Technician

Perform First Article dimensional and documentation audits and inspections as neededPerform Final product inspections: including dimensional, functional and visual inspections per established quality work instructions and procedures.Perform In-process inspection support through manufacturing team activities and other communication methods.Initiate and follow-up on completion of non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis for corrective actionsAssist in training of productions operatives and quality inspectorsReview and entry of quality and manufacturing data to create reports and assist batch release as neededAudit In-process sheets, Receiving Inspection information, Final Inspection information and other quality or manufacturing related data for accuracy and completeness.Monitoring of compliance to quality procedures, related work instructions and ISO standards.Performance and review of calibration activities.Creation of product and material certifications.Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Min High School Diploma with 1-3 years related experience – Preferred Associate degree in engineering / technical disciplineAbility to read proficiently, write legibly, analyze charts and graphs, read technical drawings, follow diagrams and manufacturing / inspection procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and maintain processes and procedures.Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Attention to detail.Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry. Ability to lift 25lbsMUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
