Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Quality Technician local to Dover, DE! This fully onsite Quality Technician role in Dover focuses on hands-on physical testing of finished goods and raw materials in a laboratory setting. Day-to-day tasks include performing validation and verification tests using lab equipment, recording and analyzing test data, measuring product dimensions, and ensuring materials meet required specifications. The technician will also inspect and document product quality, mark acceptance or rejection status, and support compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Candidates will work closely with lab team members, follow detailed testing procedures, and adapt to a flexible schedule that may shift based on testing needs. Training is provided during the first 12 weeks, starting with early morning hours before transitioning to a mid-morning schedule. Ideal candidates have 02 years of lab or benchwork experience, a science background, and strong attention to detail. Experience in FDA-regulated environments or microbiology is a plus.

Skills and Requirements
- Experience working within a Laboratory setting (Clinical Labs, Manufacturing)
- In depth experience performing physical testing equipment and materials
- Current applicable manufacturing practices
- Must come from a Science background
- Background in testing raw materials - Proficiency in data storage software's null
