Over de functieAls Quality Technician in Sassenheim ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het analyseren van productmonsters. Je borgt de kwaliteit van onze grondstoffen en eindproducten en zorgt ervoor dat deze voldoen aan interne standaarden en klanteisen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het spuiten van kleurmonsters om zowel visuele als technische kwaliteitsbeoordelingen uit te voeren.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsanalyses op grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten.
• Spuiten van kleurmonsters volgens vastgestelde werkinstructies ter beoordeling van kleur, dekking en uitstraling.
• Registreren en interpreteren van testresultaten, inclusief kleurvergelijkingen, en deze terugkoppelen naar relevante afdelingen.
• Signaleren van afwijkingen en het initieren van corrigerende maatregelen.
• Ondersteunen bij root cause analyses en bijdragen aan continue verbeterprojecten.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en beheer van de spuitcabine en bijbehorende apparatuur.
• Kalibreren van spuitpistolen en gereedschappen en zorgen voor correcte documentatie hiervan.
• Eigenaar van de spuitomgeving en aanspreekpunt voor alles wat hiermee te maken heeft.
• Naleven van kwaliteitsprocedures en strikte veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
• MBO-4 diploma richting laboratoriumtechniek, procestechnologie of vergelijkbaar.
• Ervaring binnen een kwaliteits- of laboratoriumomgeving is een pre.
• Kennis van kwaliteitsanalyses en (basis)instrumentele technieken.
• Nauwkeurige, proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een pre.
• Een uitdagende en dynamische werkomgeving
