Start your new career as a Quality Technician with MAU at our client in Madison, GA. As a Quality Technician, you will inspect, test, and ensure quality standards are met throughout production. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer: Pay of $19.00 per hour Temp-to-hire opportunity 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 2/2/3 schedule Full-time, consistent hours What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of quality control or related experience Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required) Able to document processes, procedures, and inspection data Capable of independent work with minimal supervision Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and occasional travel Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a high-heat, noisy manufacturing environment What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician: Inspect raw materials, products, and production processes for compliance with specifications Conduct quality tests and process audits to ensure standards are met Record, document, and report inspection findings and test results Recommend corrective actions and improvements for non-conforming products Collaborate with vendors and production teams to resolve quality issues Monitor equipment performance and initiate maintenance when needed Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and communicate with slab manufacturing teams Provide regular feedback to production on quality-related issues
