Start your new career as a Second Shift Quality Technician with MAU at our client in Madison, GA. As a Quality Technician, you will ensure products meet quality and performance standards through inspections, audits, and testing. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer: Pay of $19.00 per hour Temp-to-hire opportunity Second Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Consistent, full-time hours What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of quality control or related experience Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to document processes, procedures, and inspection data Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required) Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, machinery) Positive attitude and ability to work independently What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician: Inspect materials, products, and production processes to ensure compliance with specifications Perform quality audits and tests on finished products and components Collect and analyze samples; document findings and inspection results Recommend corrective actions to address non-conformances Mark items for acceptance or rejection and communicate results to production teams Troubleshoot quality-related issues and assist in resolving slab quality concerns Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards Document and report quality metrics and improvements
