Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob Description
Establish and implement procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety of products, raw materials, and services at assigned locations. Perform random quality audits on the production floor to verify processes are followed and customer specifications are met. Provide support in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other supporting documents. Coordinate and administer third-party quality audits, schedules, communication, reports, and tracking of follow-up actions. Coordinate and perform internal quality system audits at the assigned location. Administer the corrective/preventive action program, including tracking the status of open actions, receiving and reviewing responses, and disposition of material in a timely manner. Complete customer quality documentation, including First Article Documents, Control Plans, FMEA’s, PPAP’s, and Capability Studies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 5 years of industrial manufacturing and/or quality control experience.
+ Experience with lean quality concepts and initiatives such as Continuous Improvement and The 5 Why’s.
+ Auditing experience.
+ Degree in quality engineering or related field preferred.
+ Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree.
Work Environment
Work is conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime may be required to support business needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
