You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. With focus on product quality, your mission will be to boost customer confidence by ensuring the quality of future products and processes within Connect & Control Solutions (CCS) Your main responsibilities will be to: + Analyze product returns as part of the Corrective Action Process + Analyze internal production rejects. + Support internal stakeholders with continuous improvement projects and actions based on analysis results. **Background & Skills** To be considered for this position you may have an educational background as electronics technician or hands-on experience with electronics and quality projects. Furthermore, we are looking for the following skills and qualifications: + Basic knowledge of core quality tools and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016. + Proficient in written as well as spoken English + Basic knowledge of SW use in electronics products + Thorough electronics knowledge On a more personal side, you possess strong communication abilities and a positive, open mindset.
