Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team and support our production staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services uphold our high standards by conducting quality checks, audits, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work collaboratively with machine operators, testers, engineers, and supervisors. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical testing and manufacturing equipment and a passion for problem-solving.
ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve quality issues.Identify problems using testing and analysis methods.Perform First Article Inspection.Control documentation flow.Read, interpret, and understand mechanical drawings.Collect and review test data to suggest improvements.Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.Understand engineering specifications and create inspection reports.Communicate technical issues clearly with the team.Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support quality efforts.Train employees on inspection procedures and best practices.Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.Essential SkillsProficiency in First Article Inspection.Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Drawings.Strong Excel skills.Experience in Documentation Support.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Discus software.Understanding of Non-Conformances.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).Ability to implement Corrective Actions.Work Environment
This position requires working onsite on the production floor.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
