Key Duties for a Quality Technician 

Set up and operate advanced 3D scanners/CMMs to capture dimensional and surface data.Inspect first-article, in-process, and final parts against drawings and GD&T requirements.Record results in SAP, and inspection reports.Flag non-conformances, support root-cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.Coordinate part movement and tooling status with planners, engineers, and logistics.Adhere to all SOPs, EHS rules, and customer/contract requirements.

Work Experience
Metrology & 3D Scanning (must-have): Keyence High-Accuracy 3D Scanner CMM, XM-5000, VL Series, VR Series, Blue-Light 4D; general blue-light 3D scanners; ZEISS ScanBox; Hexagon Fusion 600.Aerospace Quality: 3+ yrs dimensional inspection/GD&T under AS 9100 or ISO 9001.Technical Toolkit: Calipers, micrometers, height/depth gauges, pin gauges; CMM/DCC software (PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, etc.); SAP or similar ERP/QMS; MS Office.Soft Skills: Precise documentation, data-driven problem-solving, effective communication in a fast-paced team environment.Other: U.S. citizenship (ITAR); able to lift 35lbs and stand for extended periods; willing to work overtime
