Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to conduct inspections and measurements, supporting first article inspections, gage R&R, and process capability studies in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct inspections supporting first article inspections, gage R&R, and process capability studies.
+ Utilize measurement tools and techniques, including calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, CMM, and vision system measurement equipment.
+ Support nonconformance investigations and write clear, accurate documentation such as NCRs and inspection records.
+ Review and verify documentation associated with manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, while adhering to GDP standards.
+ Perform careful inspections of products with a sharp eye for any discrepancies or deviations in documentation and processes.
Essential Skills
+ Quality control and quality assurance in a medical device environment.
+ Technical inspections and measurements.
+ Nonconformance investigations and documentation.
+ Understanding of GDP/GMP standards.
+ Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, optical microscopes, CMM, and vision systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a regulated environment, preferably within a medical device manufacturer.
+ 2+ years of relevant experience.
+ Blueprint reading and quality inspection skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.45 - $30.19/hr.
