Quality Technician Job Description The Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of ingredients through comprehensive testing. This position involves laboratory testing and environmental swabbing to maintain the highest quality standards. Responsibilities + Conduct laboratory tests including water activity, protein swabs, pH, and viscosity measurements. + Perform environmental swabbing to test for allergens, molds, and other potential hazards. + Accurately complete quality documentation, including sanitation records, batch records, and product release forms. Essential Skills + Basic understanding of chemistry and biology. + Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
