We are currently seeking a day shift Quality Technician for the DuBois, PA site. In this role, the Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring quality initiatives are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The day shift hours are 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on a Monday thru Friday schedule. **Responsibilities:** + Gain an understanding of a specific product design, including materials and manufacturing requirements while working with cross-functional teams + Develop and maintain inspection reports + Conduct routine quality inspections and analyze data + Document and process non-conforming material + Communicate non-conforming material with cross-functional teams and vendors + Identify improvement opportunities in quality control processes + Facilitate Root Cause Analysis through various problem-solving tools and techniques on internal concerns or external customer returns + Supporting product Quality Engineers to achieve objectives + Participate in 5S projects and safety meetings. **Job Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED + Quality ASQ certification a plus + Manufacturing experience preferred + Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel + Ability to read technical drawings + Ability to use a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment + Can work independently with minimal supervision, and be able to follow written directions + Works well with others in a team environment **Physical Demands:** _(The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
