Quality Technician (2nd Shift)

Adecco is currently hiring immediately for a Quality Technician opportunity in Fraser, MI! This is a fantastic full-time, contract-to-hire position with excellent growth potential in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. There may be 1-3 hours OT but based on needs and manager approval. This role will normally be a 40-hour work week.
**Pay Rate:** $20.00 per hour
**Shift:** 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-focused candidate with proven **quality experience in manufacturing — preferably with longevity at companies like Stellantis, FCA, or similar automotive production facilities.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform in-process and final quality inspections including visual, functional, SPC, and weld checks.
+ Enforce plant quality standards and ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift.
+ Build positive, collaborative relationships with production associates and internal team members while maintaining accountability on the floor.
+ Train operators on quality standards, inspection procedures, and company expectations.
+ Accurately record, track, and report quality data; assist with audits, capability studies, and address quality alerts as needed.
+ Support incoming inspections, internal audits, and plant-wide quality initiatives.
**Requirements:**
+ Proven quality experience within a manufacturing or production setting; candidates with longevity at Stellantis, FCA, or similar companies strongly preferred.
+ Solid understanding of quality procedures, inspection methods, and plant quality expectations.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example while holding others accountable.
+ Ability to work independently while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
