Works under minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Conducts simple tests (for example on electrical function, reliability, packaging quality). Records results and prepare simple technical reports. Provides product and component testing using a range of measurement equipment. Provides advanced programming, training, and operation of measurement and test equipment. Assists customers in understanding/interpreting product specifications and application of measurement data. Participates in measurement uncertainty studies for measurements associated with measurement or calibration results. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. **QUALIFICATIONS** Key job responsibilities: Responsible for regional parts quality management and quarantine inventory area management, including immediate submission of inventory claims, parts return, parts assessment, and handling of defective items. 1. Manage risk/defective part in stock, assess the parts quality, coordinate the solution, and track the progress till completion. 2. Submit claims to supplier for recovery, weekly follow up after submission. 3. Coordinate parts returns to foreign suppliers, ensuring internal coordination is completed after supplier's confirmation. 4. Collect and coordinate quality relative documents from suppliers to meet customer demands. 5. Monthly compile data related to the above tasks, monitor and achieve targets, organize reports, and present summaries. Basic qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. 1-3 years of working experience in quality, service, claim or a related area 3. Good communication and ability in multi-task, strong problem solving skills and team work spirit. 4.
