About the Opportunity
 
Enterprise Asset Solutions is seeking a Quality Technical Clerk to join our team to help support a large portfolio of projects. They will be responsible for supporting Quality and Handover functions ensuring Quality documentation and Lifetime Records (LTR`s) are managed in compliance with processes, policies, and procedures. They will be required to offer knowledge and skills to generate and promote best working practices. As this is an entry level role it will ideally suit someone who is looking for a career within Quality.

Review & Input incoming material Certificates onto database. Assist with the compilation of Lifetime Quality Records throughout the project delivery phase. Photocopying / scanning and to ensure documentation is issued on time to the client and has an auditable trail. Control and record incoming documentation. Create indexes for Lifetime Quality Records. Input and manage project Quality and Handover trackers using Excel. Be the last quality check when internally reviewing LTR’s before client reviews.  *

Attention to detail and a methodical approach. Proficient in MS Office tools. Confident in ability to learn computer-based data bases.

This means that you will need to have, or be able to obtain, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and either Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
