Roles and Responsibilities
Electrical Panel Inspection:
Perform detailed inspections of in-process and finished electrical panels against technical specifications and drawings.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities, ensuring project traceability.Knowlagent functional and safety tests on electrical panels (is a plus).Quality Engineering & Process Improvement:
Create, review, and optimize work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes, especially for electrical panels.
Manage the calibration program for measurement and test equipment.Investigate root causes of non-conformities (internal and supplier-related), implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.Analyze and map manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for Manufacturing Quality.Quality Management Systems & Training:
Support and monitoring of quality management systems.Provide and follow quality and process training to the teams.Foster a strong quality culture within the organization.Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:
Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, PDCA).Collaborate cross-functionally (ITO and OTR) to ensure product quality.Required Qualification:
Technical degree in electrical, Production, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Bachelor’s is a plus.Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, with proven experience in both product inspection (preferably electrical. panels) and quality engineering/process management.Solid knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001) and quality tools (PDCA, MASP, FMEA).Experience with equipment calibration management.Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications (electrical panels).Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Intermediate English and Portuguese is a plus.

Working hours: The work can be carried out in a hybrid way with availability to be at the Taubaté unit for face-to-face meetings and analyses.
