Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Quality Systems Specialists (Level 2 or Level 3) to join the 777/777X Core Quality Team based out of Everett, WA.
In this role, you will lead quality data reviews, develop quality presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals and compliance with contract and regulatory requirements. You will also analyze data and conduct assessments based on your findings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, along with the ability to work independently. Experience in manufacturing, production environments, or regulatory conformance activities is desirable for this role.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Mid-Level Quality Systems Specialists
Position Responsibilities:
Analyzes quality and process data, metrics, models and flows to identify the root cause of problems
Attends cadence meetings prepared to provide data/metric inputs and recommendations to cross-functional leadership teams
Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed
Participates with stakeholders (including manufacturing, quality, engineering, and other operations organizations) to develop preventive or corrective actions
Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability
Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develop a coordinated response for management review and approval
Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements, and reports results to multiple levels of management
Works under general direction, both independently and collaboratively
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
2+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions
2+ years of experience in data mining, processing and analysis
2+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
1+ years experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience interfacing with aerospace manufacturing or operations team members
Experience working with FAA audits, conformities, compliance and regulations
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Shift: Successful candidates will work 1st shift but should expect to work flexible hours as appropriate to business needs.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $72,250 - $97,750
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $86,700 - $117,300
