Je identificeert **acties tot verbetering** van de **productkwaliteit,** **werkinstructies** , **werk methodes** en **procedures** . Bij aanpassingen in werkinstructies ontwikkel en verzorg je ook de **training** voor bijvoorbeeld de Operators of Maintenance Technicians. Daarnaast ben je in samenwerking met collega's van de afdeling **Research & Development** en **Packaging Engineering** ook betrokken bij **aanpassingen in formulatie** , **grondstoffen** , **producten** en **verpakkingen** . In het geval van veranderingen in grondstofspecificaties zorg je bijvoorbeeld voor een geupdate ontvangstformulier voor de afdeling Unloading. Dan wordt bij de ontvangst van de grondstof alles beoordeeld op de juiste **specificaties** . Alle werkzaamheden verricht je in overeenstemming met de gerelateerde **wettelijke vereisten** en de wereldwijde Colgate-Palmolive **voedselveiligheid- en kwaliteitsstandaarden** .
