Our Typar® department in Luxembourg is currently looking for a motivated team player with strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

As a Quality Supervisor Typar® (m/w/d), you will be a member of the Typar® Manufacturing Technology (MT) Team. You will lead our laboratory team and ensure our quality standards are met while continuously improving our Typar® products and production processes.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will includes but are not limited to: 

Managing the quality team, including lab operators and technical assistant, with a focus on work organization, training and development.Ensuring Quality Assurance for Typar®:Deciding and reporting on release of non-conforming product, and handling with disposition system.Responsible for reliability and performance of measurement systems, including investigation and analysis of measurement control data, improvement and implementation of corrective actions.Providing quality related documentation required by marketing, process engineers, manufacturing, and customers.Improving current or developing new test methods as required for better reliability or as required by current standards, marketing, and customers.Leading of customer complaint investigations, documenting, and following-up corrective actions.Leading and participating in quality improvement projects together with the Quality Technician, Process Engineers, R&D and the Technical Marketing representatives.Executing the change management processesLeading and/or participating in Safety Walks, GMP Walks, internal audits (e.g. ISO-9001), 1st Party PSM audits, incident investigations.Monitoring and reporting on Quality KPI’s.

The scope may/will evolve over time.

Your qualifications:                                 

Technical degree (BS, MS) or at least 5 years of quality or process experience.Strong organizational skills, conceptual & analytical thinking, capability to acquire new competencies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multiple sub-segment businesses and/or costumersHigh level of initiative and affinity to identify and implement opportunities for quality optimization.Knowledge of quality management systems (including GMP and ISO-9001) and experience in lab and/or production environment.German and English language required. Luxembourgish and French are a plus.
